North Scottsdale home sales volume during 2011 did increase but at about half the rate that was seen through 2010. However at a growth rate of approximately 10%, North Scottsdale home sales closings were back at levels seen during late 2005 and early 2006.
North Scottsdale custom lot sales continued to drop from the lot sales number during 2010 but still approximately double the closings seen during 2008 and 2009. We have been seeing lot sales picking back up again even if at discounts from 2006 and 2007 North Scottsdale custom lot pricing.
North Scottsdale real estate comprised of North Scottsdale homes for sale and North Scottsdale custom lots for sale seems to be in high demand when compared to other similar areas in the Southwest. Our North Scottsdale home for sale inventory supply has been much less than what we have seen throughout the past five years and as a result with little inventory from which to choose, prices are holding well.
